Job Summary

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues
• Promote a physical security culture by assessing and maintaining safe standards
• Respond timely to security incidents and document them accurately
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support
• Prevent theft and shortage at the front of the store by performing merchandise receipt checks
