Job Description

The Loss Control team is looking for two interns to join us in supporting MEMIC's safety‑focused mission. Whether you're passionate about workplace safety, digital content, data analytics, or field service delivery, this internship gives you the chance to explore how safety programs come to life across multiple channels. You'll work alongside Safety Management Consultants, Analysts, and the Digital Services team to support real projects — from field visits to digital content creation to data‑driven insights that help keep policyholders safe. What You'll Do Safety Field Service Intern You'll engage with Loss Control teams across all regions, participating in and observing field service initiatives. You'll help support safety visits, contribute to team projects, and act as a liaison with other MEMIC departments to increase awareness of Loss Control's services and impact. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on learning and wants to see how safety consulting works in the real world. Digital Services Intern You'll work under the guidance of the Digital Services Manager to support the delivery, marketing, and utilization of MEMIC's digital safety services. You'll collaborate with internal partners to help Safety Management Consultants prepare for webinars, podcasts, blog content, and micro‑training modules. You'll also assist in developing and enhancing safety‑related business intelligence and analytics. Shared Opportunities Across Both Roles Support the MEMIC Safety Experts podcast , policyholder webinars, and digital training content Assist in creating and updating safety documents, presentations, and resources Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and support service improvement Collaborate with Safety Management Consultants and Loss Control Analysts on business intelligence projects Help develop a Loss Control resource guide for Small Business Safety Outreach initiatives What You Bring Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Curiosity, willingness to learn new technology, and a collaborative mindset Why You'll Love This Internship You'll gain exposure to both the field and digital sides of Loss Control, giving you a well‑rounded understanding of how safety services are delivered.
