Loss Prevention and Safety Agent (Overnight) Cincinnati's Fidelity Hotel Cincinnati, OH Job Details 3 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Referral program Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description What you'll do: Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points Ensure all paper and electronic logs are consistent, accurate, and up-to-date Assist departmental managers in completing and processing incident reports Lead with hospitality to resolve and diffuse conflicts that may arise Complete departmental checklists as assigned Lock event spaces and meeting rooms as directed Log and process all lost and found items Attempt to limit issues and liability related to excessive drinking by having an awareness of signs of intoxication, and taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our guests. Ensure immediate response is given to guest comments and concerns; inform the manager on duty and apply corrective measures when necessary. Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the property and keep abreast of safety and emergency procedures and OSHA requirements Who you are: You have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously. You have sharp verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to recalling details. You're excellent with time management and can juggle projects in a fast-paced environment. You have a calm, but firm demeanor, enjoy helping others, and are driven to jump and help when issues arise. You're able to react appropriately to stressful situations while demonstrating integrity and professionalism. Previous security experience preferred Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws about the activities of security personnel (including OSHA, Hazardous Communications, and Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control) preferred CPR/AED/First Aid training certification preferred
