Interaction Protocol:
Physical Contact:
Not to initiate contact with customers or employees
Verbal Interaction:
Maintain professional and courteous verbal interactions with all individuals by greeting them at the door
Use of Force:

Prohibited from using excessive force. They should only use the minimum force necessary to handle a situation.
Exits and Entrances:
Must not block exits or entrances. Ensure that pathways remain clear for emergency evacuations and regular customer flow.
