Do you have a sharp eye and know when something doesn't look right? Mr. Bins is looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to help protect our store, merchandise, employees, and customers! We are looking for someone who is alert, confident, professional, and comfortable working on the sales floor . This is a hands-on position where you will actively monitor the store, check receipts and bags, patrol the sales floor, and help prevent shoplifting and inventory loss.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Patrol the sales floor and maintain a visible Loss Prevention presence Watch for suspicious activity and potential shoplifting Check customer receipts, bags, carts, and merchandise when appropriate Monitor entrances and exits Observe customer behavior and identify potential theft Monitor security cameras and review footage when needed Respond appropriately to suspected theft according to company procedures Document and report incidents to store management Work closely with managers and employees to reduce inventory loss Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and staff Provide professional customer service while performing Loss Prevention duties

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB

Previous Loss Prevention, retail security, security, or similar experience preferred Excellent observation and attention to detail Confident and comfortable approaching customers when necessary Professional, calm, and respectful under pressure Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working independently Able to work in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
