Job Description

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to join our team! This is for a large food distribution center located in Lacey, WA! As a loss prevention agent, the qualified candidate will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss as well as oversee and correct any unsafe practices in our clients facility.
Pay:
$17.50

PM (Swing)
Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol premises to detect and prevent suspicious activity. Monitor associates on the floor to ensure a positive and safe work environment. Identify issues of operational errors and policy violations Conduct root cause investigations Address safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or other related fields (Preferred but not required) Prior Warehouse experience or OSHA knowledge Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Some minor computer experience. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. LACE-1
