Sales Director Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and marketing initiatives for our senior living facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and relationship building, with a passion for helping seniors and their families find the right living environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. Manage the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, tours, and move-in coordination. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Represent the facility at networking events and community outreach activities. Utilize CRM systems to track leads, analyze sales performance, and prepare reports. Collaborate with the leadership team to support resident satisfaction and facility growth. Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process. Qualifications 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living, retirement facilities, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field. Proven success in achieving sales or occupancy goals. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Why Join Us? Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
