This is not an entry-level opportunity, we are looking for a legal professional who brings maturity, discretion, coordination, follow ups, support and seasoned judgment to every interaction. This is a long-term, on-site position built for someone who takes deep ownership of their work, thrives in a high-trust environment, and understands that the operational excellence of a legal practice depends on them. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in a law firm or legal services environment (required) Demonstrated experience directly supporting an attorney or senior executive Strong foundation in legal document preparation and case management High emotional intelligence, you read rooms, manage up, and communicate with tact Exceptional organizational skills and an unrelenting follow-through mentality Professionalism and comfort working with high-net-worth clients Unwavering discretion and respect for confidentiality Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research/case management systems Great attitude, team work and willingness to learn Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings (complaints, answers, counterclaims, motions) E-file through Alafile and appellate systems Draft and manage discovery requests and subpoenas Follow up with opposing counsel and coordinate responses Work directly with clients to gather documentation Organize and process discovery (clients, opposing parties, and third parties) Build case notebooks and manage exhibit preparation Conduct Alacourt searches and public records research Maintain case files and track billable time (Clio) Support calendar management and legal deadlines Compensation & Benefits Base Salary$65,000/year Health Insurance (begins immediately)$5,852.76 / year Dental Insurance (begins immediately)$361.32 / year 401(k) Profit Sharing — 3% Match (when eligible)$1,800.00 / year Total Package Value (at eligibility)~$68,014 / year Office Hours Monday -
