Growing Northwest Arkansas law firm is seeking a paralegal/legal assistant to manage duties related to probate, estate planning and transactional matters.
Responsibilities include:
Assembling client files and organizing supporting documents Preparation of documents pertaining to business transactions, real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and trust administration Managing attorney calendar and keeping track of important dates and deadlines Maintaining consistent and clear communication as the main point of contact for clients Qualifications and Skills required Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to details Professional communication Strong written and oral communication skills High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of relevant experience Proficient with Word, Excel and E-flex filing Clio/legal billing Ability to prioritize workload and assignments and take initiative Punctual, disciplined and reliable
