The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 7. Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing bankruptcy petitions and related postpetition case documents
• Manage a client case load
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in bankruptcy cases
• Perform document review and analysis for accuracy and completeness
• Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, returning client phone calls and emails Skills
• Proficiency in bankruptcy law procedures
• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
