- Assist attorneys in preparing bankruptcy petitions and related postpetition case documents
- Manage a client case load
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in bankruptcy cases
- Perform document review and analysis for accuracy and completeness
- Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, returning client phone calls and emails Skills
- Proficiency in bankruptcy law procedures
- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
