Tempe Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files for civil litigation and law enforcement defense matters from initial filing through resolution.
- Coordinate deposition logistics, assemble related materials, and help attorneys track testimony, exhibits, and follow-up items.
- Draft, format, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, notices, and supporting correspondence in accordance with court rules.
- Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness materials, timelines, and hearing or courtroom binders.
- Review records and case documents to identify key facts, deadlines, and items requiring attorney attention.
- Manage litigation calendars, monitor filing dates, and support case progress to ensure timely completion of assignments.
