Estate Planning Paralegal
Job Description
Position Overview :
As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will provide vital support to our attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, including drafting estate planning documents, and ensuring the timely progression of the estate planning process. You'll work closely with clients throughout the estate planning process and under the supervision of a licensed attorney. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism. This is a full-time, in-office position. Key Responsibilities may include : Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information, explain procedures and address inquiries or issues related to estate planning. Prepare estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives. Collaborate closely with attorneys to review and finalize estate planning documents, making revisions as needed to meet legal standards. Present estate plans to clients under attorney supervision. Manage multiple matters from start to finish. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a professional office preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel). Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).Benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary:
