We handle a high volume of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and takes real pride in getting the details right. No prior bankruptcy experience required — we provide full training on our systems and procedures. What matters most is how you work. What You'll Do Prepare bankruptcy petitions, statements, and schedules by reviewing and extracting client financial information from tax returns, bank statements, and pay stubs Organize and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness before it goes to the attorney for review Manage incoming client calls and walk-ins while juggling active casework — this is a high-volume office and multitasking is a daily requirement Communicate with clients to follow up on missing or incomplete documents Work within our case management systems (training provided) What We're Looking For Neat and methodical — your work product is organized and easy for others to follow Detail-oriented — you catch inconsistencies before they become problems Good common sense — you can look at a set of numbers or documents and tell when something doesn't add up, even without being told exactly what to look for Able to multitask — comfortable handling phone calls, walk-in clients, and deadline-driven paperwork all in the same day Genuinely interested in learning bankruptcy law — this is a specialized practice area, and we want someone who wants to grow into it
