Our team is growing, and we are seeking a highly skilled Probate Paralegal with 1 or more years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of probate cases, including drafting petitions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research, analyze estate assets, and help prepare inventories and accountings. Manage probate case files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with court deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, court personnel, and other legal professionals. Organize and prepare documents for hearings, meetings, and mediations. Maintain detailed client files, both physical and electronic. Track and calendar important probate deadlines and court appearances.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience as a paralegal. A focus in probate law is a plus. Proficient in drafting legal documents, including probate petitions, wills, trust documents, and court pleadings. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Paralegal certification or equivalent experience required.
