- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MerusCase (JET FILE/Efiler)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through completion
- Object to DOR's, Denials in schematic time frames to control case
- Set hearings w/ WCAB
- Prep files as well for hearings & depositions for litigation of cases
- Act as a liaison between physicians for clients in & out of MPN
- New case intake
- Retrieve Employer & different treatment facility records via subpoena
- Prepare file and serves, exhibits, pre-trial conference statement, etc
