Join a team where your work can have a real impact on the lives of our clients. Position Overview We are seeking a proactive Legal Assistant to join our Chino office on a full-time basis . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are essential. This role will support our attorney and office team with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks to ensure matters move forward efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or in a similar legal support role is preferred. Experience in immigration law or an immigration-related office is a plus. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to accurately prepare, organize, and maintain documents and case files. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively. Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information. Ability to work independently while also taking direction from an attorney and office team. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to the attorney and office team. Prepare, organize, and review documents and paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Assist with preparing and submitting legal and immigration-related filings. Maintain organized physical and electronic client files and case records. Track case deadlines, filing requirements, appointments, and other important dates. Assist with gathering documents and information from clients as needed. Communicate with clients regarding documents, appointments, and case-related administrative matters. Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive legal documents. Coordinate with government agencies, courts, or other parties when directed by the attorney. Perform other legal and administrative duties as needed. Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit for the position.
