Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, respond to client and internal requests, and handle phone and email communications Assist with client intake, including conflict checks, forms, and engagement letters Maintain client and case files within the Firm's document management and records systems Proofread and assist with correspondence and filings; prepare expense reports, notary documents, and estate or trial binders Manage client communications, CRM data entry, email outreach, and follow-up activities Maintain legal files and case rooms and assist with paper and electronic file transfers, records tracking, and data entry Assist administrative teams with overflow work and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
