Approximately 15-20 hours per week (Afternoon 1-5pm availability required) About OrthoLegal Group OrthoLegal Group is a medical-legal company that partners with attorneys and medical providers to support legal cases through accurate medical documentation, coordination, and case management. Our work plays a critical role in ensuring legal teams have the information they need to move cases forward efficiently. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Case Management team . This role is ideal for a pre-law student or individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in a legal or medical-legal setting . The position is primarily focused on administrative and clerical support, document handling, and organization. This is an on-site position in Marina del Rey , and the ideal candidate will live nearby and be able to reliably commute. Key Responsibilities Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic case documents Scan, copy, and upload paperwork into internal systems Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence and records Maintain organized filing and document tracking systems Assist the Case Management team with general administrative tasks Handle sensitive medical and legal information with confidentiality and care Qualifications Interest in law, legal studies, or pre-law coursework strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information responsibly Basic computer and administrative skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable performing routine and repetitive administrative tasks Schedule & Compensation 15-20 hours per week , afternoons required with opportunity to grow into full time position $20 per hour On-site only (Marina del Rey, CA) Why This Role?
