We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional support throughout all phases of litigation. Our firm represents high-profile clients in complex construction defect, real estate, HOA, and business litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple cases while working independently and collaboratively with attorneys and staff. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from case inception through trial. Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents. Prepare, serve, and respond to written discovery. Organize, review, summarize, and analyze case files, construction documents, contracts, and other evidence. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, contractors, inspectors, consultants, and court personnel. Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial dates. Prepare deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial binders. Assist with document production, electronic filing in California State Courts, and service of legal documents. Conduct factual and legal research as directed by attorneys. Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and courtroom support. Communicate professionally with clients and provide regular case updates. Maintain accurate billing entries and time records. Perform additional litigation support and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience or formal. Paralegal education and/or certificate required. Experience in construction defect, real estate, business litigation, or civil litigation strongly preferred. Experience with California State Court electronic filing systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Professional demeanor with strong client-service skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
