A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

- We need to fill 1 position in our Riverside office. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, goal driven individuals for a long term position. In this position the employee will act as the face of the company for existing and potential new clients.
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls
- Checking/creating/replying back to emails
- Drafting letter correspondences
- Data entry
- Screening potential clients
- Meeting with existing clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Face to face customer service
- Over the phone customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be fluent in reading and writing Spanish.
- Must have 2+ years office receptionist/clerical experience.
- Must type 40 wpm / 10key by touch.
- Must have 2 + years of customer service in an office setting.
- Must be a team-player.
- Must be able to work alone, and/or unsupervised.
- Must be responsible. Experience with preparing court and immigration forms is a plus! Must pass background check! Tuesday
- Friday / 9am to 3pm, and Saturday
- 11am to 3pm $22 to $25 per hour
