About the Role This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. The role is based in a call center setting and is highly phone‑focused . You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience while gathering essential case information for our attorneys. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients primarily via phone, as well as email; make and receive a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Collect and document case details to determine eligibility based on firm criteria. Manage the initial stages of client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and detailed records. Perform administrative and data-entry tasks as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, call center environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and verbal communication skills; comfort with heavy phone usage throughout the workday. High attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information. Basic administrative experience preferred (not required). High school diploma required. Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$23 per hour base pay with annual increases of $2.00 through your third work anniversary.
Performance bonuses:
