Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Paralegal/Litigation Associate to join our growing Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury civil litigation, from case inception through trial. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, experts, and court personnel to ensure cases are handled efficiently and deadlines are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and contributing to successful litigation outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from pre-litigation through trial. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, settlement demands, mediation briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Manage litigation deadlines and maintain an accurate calendaring system for court dates, discovery deadlines, depositions, mediations, and hearings. Coordinate and schedule depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), mediations, and expert witness appearances. Obtain, organize, review, and summarize medical records, billing records, employment records, and other case-related documents. Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court staff. Prepare exhibits, witness files, trial notebooks, and other materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Conduct legal and factual research as requested by attorneys. Maintain electronic and physical case files to ensure organization and compliance with firm procedures. Assist with settlement documentation, lien resolution, and case closing procedures. Perform other litigation support and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications 3 years of experience with personal injury litigation preferred Exceptional organizational skills Strong legal writing abilities Independent on Discovery procedures (propounding & responding) Proficiency in case management software Ability to effectively manage a high-volume litigation caseload in a fast-paced environment
