FULL DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to support case development across various practice areas (securities law, tribal law, patent law, workers' compensation) Assisting in drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision Managing case files, filing, data entry, and document review using document management systems Supporting attorneys with litigation preparation by organizing evidence, maintaining case calendars, and reviewing documents for relevance and accuracy Conducting thorough document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy before submission or filing The selected candidate will also possess: Background in civil litigation and familiarity with legal case management software Strong research, proofreading, and legal drafting capabilities High motivation, detail-oriented focus, and strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in an in-person, fast-paced law office environment
