Manage legal case files using document management systems like JCATS and Abacus; ensure all records are organized and up-to-date. Support client communication by scheduling interviews, preparing summaries, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Perform data entry, filing, and document review tasks efficiently while adhering to procedural law requirements. Skills Knowledge of procedural law across multiple practice areas including tribal law & regulations, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, and immigration law could be helpful and beneficial. Proven experience with legal administrative support functions such as document review, case management, research, and legal writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Westlaw, LexisNexis, iManage, PCLaw and other legal software platforms for effective case handling.
