Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Solo practitioner needs an experienced Paralegal for a general civil practice either full time or part time . Areas of practice are Real Estate, Divorce, Wills and Probate of Estates, Personal Injury, Business law and Bankruptcy. We have a unique ( non commercial ) work enviroment in a turn-of-the century home in Littleton. Our office is located in Littleton, three blocks from the light rail, with parking on the premises. While I am not prejudiced, an expeienced paralegal looking to back out of a high pressured firm enviornment or to reduce hours may fit best. I have been practicing 56 years and am comfortable with "old school" while needing contemporary technical skills. I am looking for a long term relationship. My present paralegal has been with me for 14 years but is retiring for health reasons. This is a full or part time position.
