Prior experience in a plaintiff's personal injury office is not required but is preferred. Responsibilities will include management of personal injury files from pre-litigation through trial or settlement. Duties will include but are not limited to file maintenance, drafting legal documents and correspondence, filing, copying, faxing, emailing, answering telephone lines, managing attorney's schedule, corresponding with clients, medical provider's offices, attorneys, insurance companies, etc. Candidate must have strong computer, typing, telephone, communication, interpersonal and organization skills, be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.
