Job Description

Position Overview Hill and Hill, LLC is seeking a full-time Legal Office Assistant to provide hands-on legal administrative support for personal injury litigation. This is an entry-level position with no prior legal experience required. Ideal candidates will have high attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities Litigation Support:
Assist with preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
Client Communication:
Answer phones, greet clients warmly, and assist with scheduling appointments, consultations, and depositions.
Case Management:
Request and organize medical records, bills, and insurance documentation.
General Secretarial Duties:
Manage office supplies, handle mail, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and provide general administrative backup to the team. Qualifications & Skills No prior legal experience required . High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A professional attitude when interacting with clients.
