Responsibilities First point of contact for office (phone, email and in-person) Draft and prepare high quality communications, pleadings and other supporting documents Assist Attorney in preparing and maintaining client's files, prepare legal material for filing in court and maintaining and preparing monthly billing and files E-filing in Superior and Probate Courts Manage day to day office operations including ordering office supplies Maintains Financial Records - Office Account, Client Fund Account and Estate Accounts writing all checks and balancing monthly bank statements Qualifications 1-3 years Estate Administration preferred Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Able to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively Benefits Full time 11:00-6:00 pm Rate of pay dependent on experience Free parking Lunch provided
