Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Worker's Compensation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Delaware worker's compensation cases and the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in supporting our attorneys, communicating with clients, and helping ensure cases move smoothly through the worker's compensation litigation process. Key Responsibilities Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence. Manage discovery processes, including responding to discovery requests, organizing medical records, and maintaining case files. Assist attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel. Manage case calendars and deadlines to ensure timely filings and responses. Prepare settlement documents. Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in Worker's compensation practice. Proficient in legal research, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of IAB procedures and rules.. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Paralegal certification or equivalent education/experience preferred. Pay:
$52,612.63 - $63,361.45 per year
