Infinity Immigration Law About the Role We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to provide direct support on immigration cases handled by the firm's licensed attorney. This professional will assist with preparation, organization, and tracking of cases, ensuring that deadlines, protocols, and requirements are met with precision. This is not a sales or commercial management position — it is a technical, operational role for someone who already has hands-on experience with immigration processes and wants to work directly on client case support. Responsibilities Assist the attorney with preparing petitions and documentation for immigration cases (employment-based, family-based, temporary visas, and humanitarian cases) Track deadlines for each case to ensure nothing is missed Monitor case progress before the EOIR (Immigration Court) and USCIS Organize and review documentation to ensure consistency and quality in submission packages Communicate with clients to request documents, provide status updates, and clarify procedural questions (non-legal guidance) Prepare forms and organize evidence as directed by the attorney Keep internal systems and deadlines up to date Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient case workflow Qualifications Paralegal certification (required) Proven experience with U.S. immigration processes, including: Employment-based cases (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, etc.) Family-based applications (I-130, I-485) Temporary visas Humanitarian cases (VAWA, U Visa) Strong understanding of USCIS and EOIR deadlines, protocols, and documentation requirements Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) — required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on deadlines Important Notes The firm has a licensed attorney responsible for all legal guidance and case strategy In-person position — Altamonte Springs, FL Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's experience and qualifications How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
