Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks and possess knowledge of various legal procedures. Alternatively, we are willing to train a less experienced candidate who has strong people skills, is energetic and stays organized. Some experience with Florida Workers' Compensation law would be ideal. Duties
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents for litigation cases
- Serve as a point of contact for clients as they navigate the process
- Review and organize documents for court filings and trials
- Maintain and update case files and databases
- Familiarity with legal software, including DocuSign, for case management
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) Experience
- Previous experience working in a law office as a Litigation Paralegal
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Administrative skills to support attorneys in case preparation
Pay:
$43,999.00- $56,183.
