Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. We have a thriving practice with help needed in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, probate, estate planning and transactional real estate. You would be assisting the senior partner with paralegal support. We have been serving this community for forty years plus and take pride in the quality of services we render. We are also proud to serve our clients in a casual office atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support within a legal or professional setting Strong typing skills combined with excellent writing and proofreading abilities Familiarity with legal software tools such as Fastcase, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping or document management systems like DocuSign Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Calendar for calendar management and scheduling Experience with video conferencing software for remote meetings and internal communication platforms Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times This Associate Attorney role is a paid position designed to foster growth in a collaborative environment. $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
