Miami, FL Job Overview:
We're seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of legal experience and will provide administrative and legal support to members of the Firm, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Tax .
Key Requirements:
3+ years of legal experience. Experience supporting attorneys, associates, and paralegals. Experience working across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, Bankruptcy, Corporate, and Tax. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong working knowledge of the Florida e-filing portal and CM/ECF . Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel . Experience with InTapp Time Entry is required. Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus. Must be proficient in Spanish and English , including reading, writing, and speaking. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment. In-office five days per week is preferred.
