This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Florida title professional who can confidently manage files through closing, communicate effectively with all parties involved in a transaction, and thrive in a fast-paced title environment. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as a Title Closer, Escrow Officer, or similar title-industry position Strong knowledge of the Florida real estate closing process Experience preparing and reviewing closing documents Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Strong communication and customer-service skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work full-time and on-site in the Coral Gables area Compensation $85,000-$115,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
