Health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, professional development opportunities, and performance bonuses We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal to join our immigration law firm. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience handling a variety of immigration matters and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. Responsibilities Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to: Family-based petitions (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131) Naturalization (N-400) Adjustment of Status Consular Processing (NVC stage) Waivers (I-601, I-601A) Asylum and humanitarian applications Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding case status and document collection Draft legal forms, letters, and supporting documents Maintain accurate case files and records in the firm's case management system Monitor case progress and follow up with clients and government agencies Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal support Ensure compliance with USCIS and immigration court requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of immigration paralegal experience Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong knowledge of immigration forms and procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Experience with removal defense, asylum, or complex cases Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate (preferred but not required) Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift In-office position What We Offer Stable, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Training and development Paid time off and holidays Competitive pay $23- 26 / hour depending on experience
