Job Description

Liability Paralegal Seeking a full-time paralegal with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Civil Litigation, preferably at an insurance defense law firm with General Liability exposure. Responsibilities include litigation case management, public records review, preparation of filings and documents, document summaries, mediation, deposition, and trial preparation.  Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The firm's practice is focused on the areas of: Premises Liability First and Third-Party Property Construction Defect Products Liability Insurance General Liability Automobile Liability (PIP, BI, UM/UIM, ECL)
