Duties:
Be the administrative backbone for our attorneys and legal professionals.

Answer and direct phone calls with a smile and professionalism.

Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, keeping clients updated on all correspondence.

Prepare immigration packets before theyre filed.

Schedule FBI background checks and order essential court and public documents.

Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files like a pro.

Accurately perform data entry tasks.

Schedule appointments and meet with clients when needed.

File immigration packets with precision.

Assist clients with FOIA requests, change of biometrics appointments, expedite requests to the USCIS, work permits, and more.

Assist with scheduling client meetings
Experience & Skills Required:
Prior experience in an immigration law firm is a big plus!

Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

Proficiency in legal research tools and electronic databases.

Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize like a champ.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with legal administrative processes and procedures.

Tech-savvy and proficient with various computer programs.

Ability to work independentlySolid problem-solving skills
