COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LEGAL ASSISTANT
Are you an organized, detailed-oriented professional with a passion for supporting attorneys and making a difference in your work? Pavese Law Firm is seeking a dynamic Community Association Legal Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be supporting our community association attorneys by managing documents, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with substantive community association matters and projects, with the ability to perform billable paralegal-level work as appropriate. Manage attorneys' calendar and scheduling. Coordinate and track deadlines for filings, meetings, hearings, and appointments. Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents, including form letters, memos, amendments, and governing documents. Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other attorneys to gather information and facilitate correspondence. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible. Conduct research and navigate state and county websites for relevant information. Process incoming and outgoing mail and emails. Perform conflict checks and manage client file openings and closings. Handle general administrative duties, including phone calls, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant in community association law. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (On-Site) Salary /
