You will manage your own cases from start to filing, support our attorneys, and help guide our junior paralegals. We are immigrants helping immigrants, and we care about doing this work well. What You Will Do Prepare and file immigration petitions and packages with USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies Manage your cases and keep them organized and on deadline Review work from junior paralegals before it goes to the attorney Mentor and support junior paralegals and legal assistants Keep clients informed with clear, professional communication Keep case files and Docketwise accurate and up to date Look for ways to improve how the team works What We Are Looking For 3+ years as an immigration paralegal Hands-on experience preparing and filing immigration packages Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with Docketwise or similar case management software Experience supervising, training, or mentoring junior staff Organized, reliable, and able to manage several cases at once Nice to Have Experience with removal defense, asylum, or DACA cases Notary Public certification What We Offer Competitive salary, based on experience Paid time off (business days + 6 holidays) 401(k) A supportive team and a clear path to grow How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
