Legal Assistant - Estate Planning & Corporate Lakewood Ranch, FL A well-established Lakewood Ranch law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in estate planning and corporate filings and be comfortable supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare and proofread legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with estate planning and corporate filings Handle dictation, e-filing, and electronic and physical file maintenance Provide backup support for answering phones and directing calls Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned Provide organized, responsive support to multiple attorneys Handle sensitive client and firm information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion Qualifications Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience , preferably in estate planning and corporate law Strong grammar, proofreading, and accurate typing skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Clio preferred What We Offer Great benefits Opportunity to work with an established and collaborative legal team Professional, supportive work environment If you are an organized, detail-oriented legal professional who takes pride in providing excellent support to attorneys and clients, we would love to hear from you.
