Located in Miami Lakes, FL, the firm offers services in Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Health Care Planning. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. Ability to independently manage commercial and residential real estate closings from start to finish. Strong knowledge of title review, due diligence, loan closings, title insurance, and post-closing procedures. Experience preparing and reviewing contracts, closing documents, settlement statements, closing disclosures, title commitments, title policies, loan packages, and closing binders. Ability to perform property research, review surveys and inspections, examine title, resolve title issues, and prepare title objection letters. Experience coordinating funding, disbursements, recording, and post-closing matters. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, DisplaySoft, ALTAStar, Simplifile, and other real estate closing software. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple transactions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
