This position will involve making outbound calls to businesses, gathering and verifying information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with administrative and legal-documentation tasks. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to businesses regarding UCC-related matters Communicate professionally with business owners, representatives, and other contacts Research and review UCC filing information Verify business and contact information Gather information and documentation needed for account review Maintain detailed notes and update records in our CRM/database Perform data entry and general administrative duties Organize legal and business documents Follow established scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements Follow up with businesses when additional information is required Assist management with other legal administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong verbal communication and phone skills Professional and confident speaking with business owners and executives Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling business information Previous experience in legal administration, collections, financial services, UCC filings, or B2B calling is preferred but not required Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is professional, persistent, organized, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
