Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented, bilingual Real Estate Paralegal with 5 - 10 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in all aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and legal research. Your expertise will help ensure smooth and efficient handling of property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. Duties Assist with real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, deeds, and closing statements Manage document review processes and document management software to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate with clients, vendors, government agencies, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and facilitate project timelines Maintain detailed records of transactions Draft correspondence and assist in the preparation of other documents related to real estate matters Skills Proven experience in real estate paralegal work with a strong understanding of residential, commercial and financing transactions Skilled in legal writing, drafting documents with precision and clarity while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Word processing tools, data entry procedures, filing systems, transcription and phone etiquette Experience using Qualia or similar closing software for efficient file handling Knowledge of procedural law requirements related to real estate transactions and litigation processes Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all legal support activities Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish.
