We are a small, fast-moving firm focused on organization, efficiency, and accountability. Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal Florin Trial Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced and organized Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing personal injury matters from intake through litigation. This position is best suited for someone who understands the litigation and pre-litigation process, can independently manage case tasks, and takes pride in keeping matters organized and moving forward. Responsibilities Manage and assist with personal injury cases from litigation through resolution Assist with case preparation, discovery, and litigation deadlines Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, notices, and other legal documents Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other third parties Assist with preparing cases for mediation and trial Organize and maintain case files, medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Track deadlines and case status using case management software Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and legal professionals Perform other litigation and case management duties as needed Qualifications Prior personal injury litigation paralegal experience required Strong understanding of the personal injury litigation and prelitigation process Experience with discovery and litigation case management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Experience with Clio or similar case management software is a plus Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Work Environment On-site position in Oldsmar, Florida Monday through Friday schedule Professional but relaxed office environment

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
