Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support attorneys in managing litigated files and resolving legal disputes related to claims. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team. What You'll Do Support attorneys with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Manage case files, conduct legal research, and track case progress Prepare and summarize discovery, including records, depositions, and responses Coordinate witnesses, experts, and trial preparation activities Attend trials and assist attorneys as needed Collaborate with internal partners to execute litigation strategy Communicate with parties, witnesses, and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle Minimum Qualifications Paralegal degree or certification Three (3) years of paralegal experience, including first-party property experience OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience Why You'll Love Working Here We're serious about our work but we also believe work should be enjoyable.
