PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Initiate, maintain, and close physical and electronic case files in case management software (ATO). Request, track, and compile medical records, billing ledgers, and insurance coverage information from providers. Process and assist with resolving medical liens, provider balances, and incoming invoices. Scan, organize, and label documentation for inclusion in pre-litigation demand packages. Communicate regularly with medical facilities, insurance adjusters, and clients.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, or Healthcare/Medical Billing office settings preferred. High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); prior legal case management software (Aderant/ATO) experience is a plus. strong organizational skills and persistence when following up on outstanding medical records. bilingual (English/Creole or English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
