Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Pre-Close Coordinator for a temporary assignment supporting our client, a Woodstock, GA-based law firm. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Close Coordinator to support its real estate practice. This is an onsite, part-time opportunity for a professional with prior law firm pre-closing experience who can assist with pre-closing activities and support the closing process from file preparation through completion. Responsibilities Assist with pre-closing activities for residential real estate transactions. Review and organize closing files to ensure documentation is complete. Coordinate with internal team members and outside parties regarding transaction requirements. Prepare and maintain files throughout the pre-closing process. Support attorneys and closing staff with administrative and transactional tasks as needed. Qualifications Prior pre-closing experience in a law firm environment is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems is a plus. Schedule Part-time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location 100% onsite Woodstock, Georgia Compensation Compensation depends on experience.
