A Law firm in Sioux City, IA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal for their business practice area! In this role, you will be responsible for directly supporting attorneys with case planning, legal research, client interviews, and similar duties consistent with firm's needs. This is a fast-paced role with a need for strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions. Conducting in-depth research on laws and regulations to support attorney's strategies Case Management Client communication and interviews

Trial Preparation Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; or Paralegal certification; or 4-years of equivalent work experience
