A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description

We are seeking employees who can help us with paralegal and office work. We need employees who can handle a lot of tasks thrown at them. An ideal candidate is going to (1) dress and act professional, (2) be very comfortable with running with tasks after being given few directions, (3) be very comfortable with proactively communicating with clients, (4) be very organized and detail-oriented, (5) be able to write professional letters and correspondences, etc. The pay will be competitive plus benefits. We want to work with positive people who are high yield and low maintenance. Given the size of our firm, you will not feel like one of many employees who is lost in the massive infrastructure of the firm. You are needed, and your input is valued.
