Description A growing and highly successful plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases throughout the litigation lifecycle while supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

+ Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout the litigation process

+ Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings

+ Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and deadlines

+ Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

+ Review medical records and prepare summaries for attorney review

Requirements Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience

+ Experience supporting plaintiff-side litigation matters preferred

+ Strong knowledge of Illinois court filing procedures and litigation deadlines
